SLP Hy-Vee Planning Spring Opening

After a longer than expected wait, the first Hy-Vee store in Anoka County is set to open its doors this spring.

It is located along Highway 65 near 81st Avenue in Spring Lake Park. Plans for the development actually got underway more than three years ago and the opening has been pushed back several times, most recently due to the pandemic.

The 76,000 square foot building includes a cafe and a wine and spirits store. The Hy-Vee gas station and convenience store has been open since late 2019.
