How to Rent Space at the Civic Center:

Step 3

Policy Opens in new windowRead the Rental Policy. If you plan to serve alcohol, make sure you have read and understand the alcohol serving requirements. 

You are welcome to bring in your own food (or use the caterer of your choice) and non-alcoholic beverages.

Step 4

application Opens in new windowClick on Civic Center Rental Application and navigate to Facility Reservations. Click on Quick Reserve, and create your Account or sign in if you already have an account.
 
Find the room that you wish to reserve and follow the online instructions and submit your application. No payment is due at this time, but you will be asked for payment once your reservation is confirmed. If you are renting part or all of the Banquet Room, a payment schedule will be set up for you.

Your rental agreement will be official upon receipt of your first payment. The balance of your room rental fee, the damage deposit, and any other fees are due 30 days BEFORE your event. 

If you are booking a space within 30 days of your event then the entire balance is due when you receive the confirmation from us. 

You can make online payments through your online account with any major credit or debit card, mail a check, or stop in with cash.

table Opens in new windowDecide if you need of linens such as tablecloths, napkins, backdrops and ceiling draping. Also decide if you need to rent dinner plates and flatware, coffee makers, sound system, or any other items. Fees for rental items are listed on the last page of the Fee Schedule (PDF). The Facility Coordinator can help you reserve your rental items and arrange payment.
